1. Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. • Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. • Customized or special-packed products cannot be cancelled after confirmation.
2. How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, contact us immediately with your Order Number.
If your request is received in time, the order will be cancelled.
3. Refund After Cancellation
• Refunds are sent to the original payment method. • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank. • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return according to our Refund Policy.
4. Seller Cancellation
We may cancel orders if:
• Product is out of stock • Payment issue occurs • Incorrect price listed • Delivery area not serviceable
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
