You may request a return if:
• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product
• The item is defective
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
Due to hygiene and freshness reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened saffron or dry fruits
• Opened food products
• Customized or special-packed items
• Used skincare or oils
• Items damaged after delivery
We offer free replacement if:
• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged item received
Replacement will be shipped after verification.
Refunds are provided when:
• Returned item is received and inspected
• Replacement is not available
Refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
• Customer pays return shipping unless item is wrong or defective.
• Use a trackable courier service.
• We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please see our Cancellation Policy.
