3. Pricing
• All prices are listed in INR. • Prices may change without prior notice. • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders
• Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. • We may cancel orders due to stock issues, delivery problems, or incorrect details. • Customers must provide correct address and phone number.
5. Shipping
• Orders are shipped within 1–3 working days. • Delivery time depends on courier service and location. • We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or transport issues.
6. Cancellation

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for damaged or wrong items reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Opened food products, saffron, dry fruits, and customized items are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed after inspection within 5–10 business days.

We accept payments through secure online gateways, UPI, and other available payment options. We do not store your payment details.
